I will donate an item for the raffle table. Raffle proceeds go to furthering the engagement of and promoting arts and culture in the community.

Shellbrook Arts Council Provides:

All 8 ft. Tables
2 Chairs/table
Complimentary coffee between 8:00am - 10:00am
No wifi on site.
Electricity is limited to a few wall sites (no extension cords provided) and based on availability.

Rule & Regulations:

Vendors agree to sell handmade items only. No used or commercial merchandise is allowed.
Vendors can begin to set up at 8:00am and agree to be set up by 9:00am.
Vendors agree not to take down before 4:00pm.
Vendors agree to allow event photos to be shared on Shellbrook Arts Council social media.
Vendors are encouraged to post photos of their items prior to the event on the Shellbrook Christmas Craft Sale Facebook page, and are encouraged to share this event on thier social media page to increase foot traffic!
Vendors will keep their area clean at all times, and will leave the area and table in the clean condition that it was found.
Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and product safety.
Table cancellations will not be refunded after November 9, 2026.

Liability:

The vendor agrees to hold harmless Shellbrook Arts Council, its organizers, volunteers, and venue owners from any claims, loss, or damage to persons or property.
